Neurological Diseases

There are more than 600 neurologic diseases. This session will review the more common ones, such as multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barre, Parkinson's disease and epilepsy.


Merion Matters is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association Nurses Association (No.  221-3-O-09), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Merion Matters is also approved as a provider by the New Jersey Board of Education, California Board of Registered Nursing  (No. 13230) and by the Florida Board of Nursing (No. 3298).

Nurses can earn up to 5.0 contact hours.

Sessions are not pre-approved for non-nursing credit. Attendees receive a certificate of attendance. It is the individual's responsibility to validate contact hours with their accrediting body.
